Coping With It All is a practical toolkit designed to help researchers navigate the competing demands of academic life — bringing together ideas around personal productivity, team working and the wider institutional environment.
Working closely with Dr Charlotte Rae and colleagues, I shaped and distilled a substantial body of workshop material, academic thinking and practical guidance into a clear, accessible structure.
The content was developed into a distinctive visual language using illustration, infographics, typography and colour — breaking down complex and often wordy material into intuitive graphics, clear messaging and practical resources that are easy to navigate and use.
The toolkit became the foundation for a wider suite of communications, including posters, postcards, social media assets and motion graphics — allowing key ideas to work independently as well as part of the complete resource.
